MAGNUS HANSON and the NEW MOMENTUM AD!

While shooting for Magnus Hanson's SBC interview, we were able to shoot this amazing sequence. This was actually the second one he did because after he did the first one, he tried again to booshie it out, but he ended up just landing a faster, cleaner one.

For any of you who has been to this spot, you know how hard it is to backsmith through this ledge, much less KICKFLIP BACKSMITH through it. Thanks to Momentum for using this sequence, and thanks to Julio who had to break into my house and upload it from my computer while I was on tour.

THE MAGNUS INTERVIEW in SBC

I had the great pleasure of shooting a couple photos of Magnus Hanson for his new SBC interview. He is an amazing person to work with and of course a good friend. Thanks SBC for using my photos for this, cause having any photos in the same interview as Scott Pommier I am definitely hyped. (ok, i admit, I am a fan...I guess I like scott's photos...)

Since Magnus stays with me while in LA, we get the opportunity to shred when we are both available. This hurricane is one of the first photos we shot while in LA at a now defunk spot. Hurricane up the ledge and into tranny (original shown below)

Magnus Hanson's new Digital video part has JUST DROPPED. Go out and get it, then go out and rip the knar, then go back home and watch it again.. (then eat pie)

SWITCHING PLACES?

Well FIrst thing is first. Magpie calls me "Hi, I'm at the airport and I just landed from Greece.. errr uhhh, can you pick me up?" Sigh... So needless to say, he is now lerking my guest room.

Second question you might ask is, "You have a guest room now?" Well as of last week, Mr Mark Stewart, has officially moved to NY. Please call this boy up to skate, because otherwise he will be forced to spend his time slaying woman daily.

Goodbye Mark, we miss your smoking, drinking and "and ya know auhhh, what I mean, an ahh do you think, ahh.."

MAGPIE has left the building.

MAGPIE has left the building. Picking up Magnus at Amtrak, only to drop him directly off at the airport for a 20 hour flight to Greece, ALONE. Can you imagine flying to a country halfway around the world solo, praying the people picking you up aren't late or forget about you! I'm sure things will be fine, but GOOD LUCK MAG, LET ME KNOW YOU ARE SAFE!

Magnus has moved on to his new destination (Plan B or Smithers house, not sure). Tho not before ripping one more trick to polish off his SBC interview for Pommier who just happened to be in town for some awesome Harley shoot. Radical!
